He's a friend of mine, and it's his birthday on the 29th. If it isn't too much trouble, I wanted to know if it was all right to, um, surprise him at the Masquerade? He'd probably be able to tell if we planned any other surprises for him, so it seemed like the only way he wouldn't expect it.
